Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products purchased on vtuloop.com. Once a digital product is purchased and the download link or access is provided, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded. Please read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Digital Products: For physical (non-digital) products, we offer a return option within 7 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging materials within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refund Process for Non-Digital Products:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@vtuloop.com within 7 days of your purchase date and provide your order details.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and verify that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
